Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Please allow 1-2 days for production time before dispatch. Each order is carefully custom made. Orders containing multiple product categories will arrive in separate parcels to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible.

A tracking number is provided with all orders, multi-product orders will contain a tracking number for each individual item category.

We provide shipping at the following rates:

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Do you deliver internationally?

We do ship internationally, however we are currently working on offering worldwide shipping we will provide updates when this becomes available. Free shipping is not applicable to international orders.

Customs fees are taxes that are sometimes applied to shipments as they pass over a countries border. This can be subject to the value of a parcel and other factors, over which we have no control. Actors' Gift shop is not responsible for any custom or import fees a parcel may incur once it reaches its country of destination. Please check your country's import regulations if there are customs fees or import duties that might be payable.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If your delivery is delayed we will inform you of a revised estimated delivery date through your order tracking number/s.
